How to Monitor Your SugarMute Shipment
Step 1: Review Your Inbox
Following your purchase, expect two key emails:
- Purchase Confirmation Email: Dispatched immediately after checkout with your order reference and payment receipt
- Dispatch Confirmation Email: Sent once your order leaves the warehouse, containing your tracking reference and carrier details
Be sure to inspect your spam or junk folder for notifications from BuyGoods (our authorized retail partner).
Step 2: Track via Retail Partner
SugarMute orders are fulfilled through BuyGoods. You can monitor your shipment directly on their platform:

Step 3: Track via Shipping Carrier
Once you have your tracking reference, you may also follow your package directly through the carrier’s website:

Common Shipping Questions
Q: I haven’t received my tracking reference yet. What should I do?
Tracking references are generally issued within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Please look in your spam/junk folder first. If nothing arrives within 48 hours, contact our customer care team or BuyGoods directly.
Q: My tracking page shows no movement. Is my package still en route?
Yes — it is entirely normal for tracking data to take 24–48 hours to refresh after a shipping label is generated. If there is no update after 72 hours, please reach out to our support team for clarification.
Q: Can I modify my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your address. Contact us promptly at [email protected].
Q: The carrier says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Inspect the area around your doorstep, check with neighbors, and look in your building’s mailroom or parcel locker. Carriers occasionally mark deliveries slightly ahead of actual drop-off. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, reach out to our customer care team.
